Guitar/Vocals

J.D. Michel

J.D. has been around the music scene for the past 20 or so odd years. He got his first guitar at the age of twelve and hasn't looked back. Throughout high school he played in bands such as Medieval and Skule Of Hard Knox (with then guitar player Cory Gellner), and later becoming part of Generation 'M', a family-based classic rock group from Estevan with whom he still performs. His influences range from old school artists such as Jimi Hendrix and April Wine to Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, Godsmack and Disturbed. The list could go on and on - but you get the picture.

For J.D., playing live is where the action is, "You get to release energy that can only be done properly in a live situation." His high-energy stage presence, solid rhythm guitar playing and ability to keep the crowd mesmerized with his array of wild shirts (see picture) are just a few of the things that J.D. brings to the table. In his spare time, he enjoys all things music-related, whether it's recording in his basement studio, or just relaxing to a little rock radio.
